Jeep Tour Cancellation Policy:

At 3 Alarm Off-Road Tours, we prepare each vehicle, guide, and permit specifically for your reservation. Because of the limited availability of our tours, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • 48 hours Prior to Tour:
    Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
  • Within 48 Hours of Tour:
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
  • No-Shows:
    Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting time are considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance may be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests within 48 hours are not guaranteed and may require a fee.

Weather Policy:

Our tours operate in a variety of weather conditions, including rain. Weather is part of the adventure!
  • Tours will only be canceled by the company in the event of unsafe or hazardous conditions (as determined by management).
  • If we cancel due to safety concerns, guests may choose:
  • A full refund, or
  • A credit toward a future tour

Late Arrivals:

Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation without refund.
