At 3 Alarm Off-Road Tours, we prepare each vehicle, guide, and permit specifically for your reservation. Because of the limited availability of our tours, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations & Refunds:
48 hours Prior to Tour: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Within 48 Hours of Tour: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting time are considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance may be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests within 48 hours are not guaranteed and may require a fee.
Weather Policy:
Our tours operate in a variety of weather conditions, including rain. Weather is part of the adventure!
Tours will only be canceled by the company in the event of unsafe or hazardous conditions (as determined by management).
If we cancel due to safety concerns, guests may choose:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future tour
Late Arrivals:
Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation without refund.
